Begin your unforgettable culinary experience with a leisurely stroll through the vibrant and aromatic Spice Bazaar at 10:00 am, where centuries-old stalls brim with colorful spices, dried fruits, and local delicacies. You’ll enjoy a private spice tasting session, awakening your senses and offering insight into the essential flavors that define Turkish cuisine.

From there, you’ll be welcomed into a traditional Turkish home by a warm and experienced local chef, fluent in English. In an intimate, homey setting, you’ll roll up your sleeves and take part in a hands-on cooking class, learning to prepare a variety of authentic Turkish dishes using the freshest local ingredients. Under the chef’s expert guidance, you’ll craft a full traditional meal—five signature plates including meze, followed by a delicious dessert—all of which you’ll enjoy together in true Turkish style.

To help you bring the magic of Turkish cuisine back home, you'll receive a beautifully prepared recipe booklet, filled with the dishes you’ve made and more.

After this delightful and flavorful journey, at around 2:30 pm, once you've savored your lunch and shared stories around the table, we will accompany you to the ferry port. As your experience gently comes to a close, you’ll carry with you not only the taste of Turkey but also the warmth of its hospitality and the joy of culinary discovery.

$165 per person for a small group cooking class NOTE: Classes run with a minimum of 2 people. If you are 1 person, you can still sign up and we'll let you know when the minimum is reached.
